Accessibility Statement

This page is maintained by Chadash, operator of the Biye app, to describe our accessibility practices. Last reviewed July 15, 2026.

Our commitment

Biye is designed to be usable by everyone. We work to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and by Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.

This statement is not a certification. It describes the accessibility controls we have implemented and the practices we follow. Independent third-party audits are not currently on file.

What we do

Known limitations

Some areas of the app are still being brought fully into conformance:

We treat each report as a fix candidate and prioritize items that block core flows.

Standards we target

Assistive technology compatibility

Biye is tested with recent versions of the following combinations. Older or unlisted combinations may still work but are not part of our regular test matrix.

Report an accessibility issue

If you run into a barrier using Biye, we want to hear about it. Please include the page URL, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and a short description of what happened.

Email: support@biyeapp.com

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide an update or fix within 30 days for issues that block core use of the app.

Formal complaints

If a response is unsatisfactory, U.S. users may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division under the ADA. Reporting to us first helps us fix problems faster.

This statement is versioned with the app. Material changes are reflected in the "Last reviewed" date above.
