Program description
Biye is a personal accountability app. After you create an account and set up a goal, Biye sends you informational SMS check-ins about that goal — asking whether you made progress — on the schedule you configured. Messages are account-related notifications about goals you created. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
Categories of messages
Account notifications and informational check-ins only. We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or third-party content over SMS.
How to opt in
Open the Profile page inside the Biye app, add your mobile phone number, and check the SMS consent box (unchecked by default). You must then choose Text message or Phone call as the delivery method on a specific goal for messages to be sent. A public preview of this opt-in screen is at biyeapp.com/sms-consent.
Message frequency
Frequency varies by goal — you choose the time and frequency for each goal (daily, weekdays, weekly, or specific days). Typical use is 1–7 messages per week per goal.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You can also uncheck the SMS consent box, remove your phone number, or switch a goal's delivery method to in-app notifications on the Profile and goal pages in the Biye app.
Voice calls
If you choose Phone call as the delivery method for a goal, Biye will place a short automated voice call at the time you scheduled. The same opt-in checkbox covers both SMS and voice calls — you must agree to the consent text on the Profile page before any call is placed. Calls play a brief recorded check-in message using a synthesized voice. During each call you can press 9 on your keypad to immediately stop reminders for that specific goal; you can also reply STOP to any SMS or uncheck the consent box to stop all messaging. Calls are placed only between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the timezone you configured, no more than once per goal per day. Standard carrier voice rates may apply.

Privacy
Your phone number is used only to deliver the reminders you configured. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Messages are delivered through our telecom provider, Twilio.
